Owners will have full-access to the facility and its amenities, such as 7 miles of trails, outdoor and indoor riding areas, hot and cold wash racks, laundry service, staff-on site, farrier on-site, magnetic/massage therapy blanket treatments, cold laser therapy, climate controlled tack rooms, a climate controlled viewing lounge, and more. Please note that depending on the plan that you choose, some of these services could incur an extra charge.

All rates are subject to change. All charges in relation to the care and maintenance of the horse, above and beyond boarding services, including but not limited to farrier work, veterinarian/vendor expenses, training costs, and transportation, are the direct responsibility of the Boarder.
These rates are valid January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. Not all charges are reflected on this rate sheet. Any charges not reflected on this rate sheet will be discussed with Boarder prior to appearing on any invoice. All boarders will be notified in writing of any changes. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding past, existing, or future charges.
Essentials Plan
The Essentials Plan is a limited- availability plan that is perfect for the seasoned rider looking to take a step back from performance training, and simply just enjoy their horse in a peaceful environment.

Preferred Plan
The Preferred Plan is ideal for riders looking to polish their skills or put more training miles on their horse. Perfect for those new to the show ring or casual competitors, it includes all training services at the farm, two magnetic blanket treatments per month, unlimited fly spray refills, and body clipping services.

Performance Plan
For riders who regularly compete, the Performance Plan is the ultimate competitor’s package. This all- inclusive plan covers everything in the Preferred Plan, plus training and services at shows. Also included in this plan are weekly magnetic blanket treatments, unlimited cold laser therapy sessions, and no charge for tack-on services.
