Allison Postier
Allison has trained with many reputable trainers in the equitation, hunters, and jumpers, and has extensive experience in all three rings. Once starting her professional career, Allison started to take a special interest in jumpers and young horses, and has since brought several horses from green-backed, to competitive show jumpers. Allison has a firm belief in training horses to go in a relaxed way, focusing on rideablity and proper programming, to ensure their best performance when walking into the show ring. With her riders, Allison focuses on the importance of strong fundamentals, good horsemanship, and clear communication between horse and rider!

She has a direct and mindful approach in her training, in order to produce well mannered, brave, and enjoyable horses for riders and owners.
Anthony Ruotolo
Anthony has grown up with horses his whole life, starting with his mom's boarding and showing facility in north Florida. With extensive miles in hunters and jumpers, as well as working with green horses, Anthony is a valuable asset to the Dream Team. He moved to Tampa to run Dreamstead with Allison in 2018, where he took a special interest in becoming a farrier. Now, Anthony focuses on managing the farm, shoeing, and working with Allison to grow their program together.
